Hey all,

I was not able to get much done this winter/spring due to my tank not maintaining pressure due to the cold. I do all of my lampworking in the garage and its not heated. I have a regulater for my tank and have wrapped it with a heating pad and movers blanket. It did not really seem to help at all. I even tried heating the tank/pad for a few hours befor working with out any noticable effect. Any Suggestions?

What is your regulator?  I use a 0-60 psi Regulator.  Can you look up what you have on yours?

Hi Chris, if you have a high pressure hose, you don't need a regulator. Take it out and see how it does. Mr. Heater hoses will handle up to 300 psi or more. A propane tank has a maximum pressure of 125 psi. Just be sure you have a high pressure gas hose. If you need help with that, let me know.

Best of luck.
